Brett began his career as a third-party security officer and steadily advanced through the ranks after joining the company, eventually becoming a project manager after starting as a safety officer. He successfully supervised Spencer’s largest project to date—a job spanning more than 100-miles that required a workforce of over 300 people.

Awarded Employee of the Year in 2022, Fabian is a talented and versatile teammate. He has a diverse skill set ranging from welding and fabrication to concrete work, operating equipment, and mechanics. His positive attitude and constant smile uplift the team every day.

Known affectionately as “Pops,” Enrique began as an operator and has since risen to the role of foreman. He is a perfectionist and has meticulous attention to detail.

Pancho may look intimidating, but he’s a softie at heart and one of our most valued superintendents. Starting his career as an operator, he has worked his way up to become one of our top-ranking superintendents. Known for his unwavering composure, even in the most challenging situations, Pancho was proudly recognized as Employee of the Year in 2023.
